Waverley Gold Rush Days and BBQ

The summer weather continued for Saturday Sept. 12th with warm temps and sunshine all day when approximately 37 BATANS cars turned up on The Green in Waverley for their Gold Rush Days festivities. Cars turned up from as far away as Digby and the South Shore to be with us. A great turnout.

After the Show & Shine we all filtered up to the home of Gerry and Sandra for a great BBQ supper with pork burgers and beef burgers being grilled up by Chefs Koskolas and Fulton. Three tables were overflowing with snacks, salads and a vast arrangement of desserts.

It was an excellent day spent with good food and friends and a big "Thank you" to Gerry and Sandra for the great afternoon and evening.

The images below and collages were taken and created by our club photographer Nancy Cleveland.
